I'm Lorraine Laternser
a Creative Director with over a decade of experience in the creative industry.
Most recently as Creative Lead at SAP Innovation Labs. My work blends strategy, storytelling, and immersive design to create experiences that resonate across digital and physical spaces.
With a background in digital media and a passion for purposeful design, I bring clarity, curiosity, and care to every project guided by values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
As part of my role at SAP, I led the creative direction for key customer engagements: crafting microsites, hype videos, tailored narratives, and end-to-end experiences.
These projects supported pre-sales and executive conversations through immersive storytelling, strategic design, and Design Thinking sessions.
The work spanned industries and regions, helping SAP bring complex technology stories to life for some of the world’s most recognised brands.
